Who we are

This website is run by IT Labs India, Plot No 47, G/F, B-1, Sewak Park, West Delhi, New Delhi 110059, India. You can reach us at sales@it-labs.in.

What we collect

The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email, company (optional), country (optional), phone or WhatsApp number (optional), the service you are asking about, budget and timeline (optional), your message, whether you would like an NDA, and your consent. When you submit the form we also record the date and time and a salted one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself), which we use only to limit abuse, for example repeated submissions in a short time. Like most websites, our web server also keeps a standard access log (IP address, time, page requested and browser type) for about two weeks for security, then deletes it.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and follow up on it, for example to arrange a consultation and prepare an estimate. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell or share it for marketing.

Client records and email confirmation

When you send the contact, support or abuse form with your email address, we create a client record with the details you gave (name, email, phone, company, country and your message) and send one email from noreply@it-labs.in asking you to confirm your address. We can respond only after you confirm. If you do not confirm within 30 days and have had no other contact with us, the record is deleted automatically. Once confirmed, the record keeps your enquiries, tickets and emails with us together. It is visible only to IT Labs India staff who handle enquiries. We keep it while we work with you and delete it on request: email sales@it-labs.in and we delete your client record, its notes and our copies of your emails. If you unsubscribed from our emails, we keep only your address on our do-not-email list so that we never email you again.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form submissions for 24 months, then delete them.

How to have your details deleted

Email sales@it-labs.in and we will delete your submission. You can also ask us what we hold about you.

The AI advisor chat

The AI advisor chat window is optional, and while it is open your conversation is kept only in your browser's session storage on your own device, until you close the chat or the browser tab. When you send a message in it, the conversation is sent to an AI model provider outside this website's servers so that a reply can be produced. IT Labs India does not store your messages: we keep only short-lived counters used to limit abuse and cost (message totals per day and a salted one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself), and your IP address is not passed to the provider. Please do not enter confidential or personal data in the chat. "Copy chat" copies the conversation to your own clipboard only. If you press "Send this chat with my enquiry", the contact form shows the conversation with a ticked box; only if you leave it ticked and send the form is the conversation sent with your enquiry, and it is then kept and handled like the rest of your enquiry, as described above. If you give your name, email or mobile number in the chat, the chat window asks whether to pass your details and the conversation to our team; only if you press Yes are they sent, and they are then handled like a contact-form enquiry. Your email and mobile number are not passed to the AI model provider. Otherwise nothing from the chat is kept.

Announcement emails and unsubscribing

IT Labs India may send announcement emails to business contacts. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link, and mail apps that support it show an unsubscribe button. When you unsubscribe, through that link, the form on the unsubscribe page or by replying to the message, your email address is added to a suppression list so that we never email you again. The list holds only the address, the date and the message campaign it relates to. The unsubscribe form also uses a short-lived counter based on a salted one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself, to limit repeated requests.

Abuse reports

If you send a report through the report abuse page, we store the type of report, your description, any evidence you paste, the optional email address you give, the date and time, and a salted one-way hash of your IP address. We keep a report for as long as needed to handle it and to demonstrate compliance. Reports are visible only to those who handle them, and are emailed to our abuse mailbox. Please do not include passwords or other secrets.

Support tickets

If you open a ticket through the support page, we store your name, your email address, the topic, subject and message you write, the earlier ticket number if you give one, the ticket number we issue, the date and time of each message, and a salted one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) that is used only to limit repeated submissions. We keep a ticket for as long as needed to handle your request and to evidence what was agreed. Tickets are visible only to those who handle them, and are emailed to our support mailbox. The ticket number is shown on screen and, when you give your e-mail address, sent to you in a short automatic acknowledgement; replies come from support@it-labs.in with that number in the subject. Please do not include passwords or other secrets.

Ticket system and automated processing

Messages you send through our forms or by e-mail are stored in our ticket system and may be processed by automated systems, including AI models operated by a third-party provider under contract, to classify them and prepare replies. A person is responsible for every reply you receive. Acknowledgements of form submissions (a short message with your ticket number) are sent automatically. We keep ticket text for as long as needed to handle your request and then delete it on request.

Cookies, tracking and third parties

This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics. It loads no fonts, scripts or embeds from other companies. If you choose a light or dark theme, your browser stores that choice locally on your device; it is not sent to us.

Who can see your details

Submissions and client records are stored on our own server in our client database and are visible only to the IT Labs India people who respond to enquiries. We may email a submission to those people.
